Stephanie Paris is a Los Angeles based Writer/Director. She began her career working as a camera assistant on low budget horror films. Currently she writes and directs her own projects as well as produces features, short films and commercials full time.
In 2023 she directed a Netflix series for Kevin Smith to promote the new series "Masters Of The Universe". The series is called "Revelation: Revelations". She directed her first feature “Portraits” that was released with Gravitas Ventures in 2024. Stephanie also wrote and directed 3 short films that have made festival rounds. "Antiques" and "The Booker" have screened at Flicker’s Rhone Island, Female Eye, Fantaspoa, Brussels, Helsinki, Film Maudit in LA, Horror Underground, and many more.

Her latest film “Speak With The Dead” is a mystery horror that focuses on the Fox Sisters conducting one of their famous seances in 1850. The film has been accepted to Sitges, SIFF, Screamfest, FilmQuest, Final Girls Berlin, Flicker's Rhode Island, Vortex, Hollywood shorts fest, Fixon Chile and A Night of Horror.
Previous to this she co- produced the feature-length film ”That Guy Dick Miller", which had it's world premiere at SXSW 2014. As well as "Easter,” a segment in the horror anthology feature, “Holidays,” that premiered at TIFF 2016. Stephanie’s love for the horror genre has also resulted in producing and shooting numerous special features for such diverse filmmakers as David Cronenberg, John Carpenter, Joe Dante & Roger Corman.
